Is an Accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor as well as Certified
Facilitator , holds a Bachelor of Education Honors degree, an Honors Degree in
Psychology, a Higher Diploma in Education, an HR Diploma as well as Bachelor’s
degree majoring in Psychology with a big focus in organizational development.
Has many years of experience in Learning & Development with local as well as
global exposure to best practices in Coaching, Talent Development.
Has a background in Education having taught and lectured for more than 10
years. She has also gained a lot of experience in Corporate world having worked
for global & local organizations in which she got exposed to Learning &
Development, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Wellness, Digital
Onboarding, Mentorship & Coaching, Skills Development, Graduate Scouting &
Development, Career Management & Development in Mining, Retail & FMCG
